Terms & Conditions

booking tickets

Tickets can be purchased in person from our box office, by phone or via our website.



Reservations may be held for up to 3 days or until 30 minutes before the show.
Group bookings may may be held longer.



Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable point in the performance.


mobile phones

The use of mobile phones, cameras and recording equipment is forbidden.
All such equipment must be switched off prior to entering the auditorium.


running times

The advertised running times of performances may change so please check with box office
on the day of the performance for confirmation.



Unity has a ramped entrance, lift to all levels & accessible toilets.
Large print and audio brochures can be provided on request.
We have a radio hearing system in both our theatres and loops in the box office and bar.


data protection

Information supplied may be used for registered purposes under the Data Protection Act 1998. Personal data will only be used when permission is given by the data owner. No personal information will be passed on to any third parties without the prior agreement of the customer.


We have two theatre spaces.
unityone (pictured) which seats 144 and unitytwo which seats 82


We offer concessions for most shows for over 60s, under 16s, students, registered disabled and job seekers


For alternative performances if tickets are returned 48 hours prior to start.
There is 50p charge.


ticket fees

We charge 50p per transaction for card payments and £1 to post out tickets.



Special effects including strobe lighting, loud bangs, gunshots and smoking on stage may be included in a performance. Notices will be posted front of house on the night of the show regarding any such effects. Anyone who has susceptibility to any type of special effect should check with box office at the time of booking.



Unity Theatre reserves the right in extreme circumstances to cancel any performance without prior notice. We will endeavour to contact all customers where possible and a full refund will be issued. In the event of a cancelled performance Unity Theatre will not be liable for additional travel or accommodation expenses.


refunds & resales

No refunds will be given. We may be able to resell tickets for sold out performances.
